Earning 16B through his companies' SpaceX contracts with the government is not the same as stealing taxpayer money, which this article's title frames. I understand the news likes to distort and blur lines, but this misrepresentation feels egregious. I am not defending Elon as an individual, but rather saying we need a higher bar for "news" in general.

What misrepresentation! None of his companies would have survived without a massive subsidy.. The reason that people are focusing on it now, is the fact he is branding others as takers.

None of his other companies would have survived? His first two companies survived and his competitors frequently got far more of a subsidy than he did.

      Comical nonsense

which one? Claiming that others took more is hilarious.. Amazon?! Oh yes that was subsidized in trillions.. multiple channels of subsidy.. No kidding!.. It is a race about can take more.. self made takers ..LOL!

Now you know why Americans are working three jobs and cant afford holidays, and over 50% are living pay check to pay check.

Those cut price water, electricity and land rates have too be paid by someone.

That's unfair. He's been re-investing it in American politics.
