Thank you for kind words! But we were planning to shut down Cirrus CI anyways. The usage was lower and lower due to GitHub Actions to the point this product was not bringing revenue. As a bootstrapped company we wouldn’t have an option to have a not profitable offering.
Isn't this just generally a big issue with the easy access to capital for some companies? OpenAI has so much capital they can just buy random small companies at so high prices the owners cannot say no.

Cirrus CI is the best Ci solution I have used and it was relied on by many open source communities. What will you move to if you are a Cirrus user?
