It's not even talking about the software, it's talking about the legal licensing, which apparently Tesla has yet to even apply for in California.

Please read the article before commenting.

Tesla is claiming to operate automated taxis in California, where they are legally not allowed to do so.

They are trying to rebrand “Robotaxi” as a trademarked word that doesn’t mean driverless vehicle to fool investors.

Your anecdote is completely irrelevant to this conversation.

    Is your Tesla a Robotaxi?

OMG what a comprehensive stress test. Why, it's perfect, according to random interneter "daly".

The ultimate arbiter of truth, quality, hm, verily an omniscient source of universal truth.

.... Doesn't fsd require you to touch the wheel, pay attention? Did you drive complex routes and surface streets? Bad weather? Did you encounter bicycles, deer, construction, broken down semis, heavy traffic?

And would you fall asleep and let it drive?

Yeah it works. Until it doesn't. Good luck.

    > I have had full self driving since September.

Is Tesla taking full legal responsibility for any accident caused by this system? If not, then you don't have a full self driving.
